The Property Industry Sailing Regatta; On 9th-10th June 2008, the thirty foremost property related companies in the UK will be competing in the property industry’s third annual regatta. The winners will become the new holders of the Anglo Irish Bank Trophy.

The fleet is limited to thirty boats and entries are already high so contact us as soon as possible.

Each team of eight will compete aboard a Beneteau First 40.7 racing yacht, alongside a professional skipper and first mate. Racing will take place over two days and competition is expected to once again be fierce. The regatta will be run under ISAF Racing rules and managed by an International Race Officer. There will be a selection of race courses including “round the cans” and Windward/Leeward.

Its not all about racing!

The Anglo Irish Bank Regatta is an excellent opportunity for networking amongst your peers, competitors and business associates. There will be a comprehensive social programme providing plenty of partying to compliment the competition on the water. Each day we will be hosting a post racing drinks reception in the marina, where the days results will be posted and pictures of the days action will be ready to view. The highlight of the social programme will be the themed party, held on the evening of 10th June in the Regatta Centre in Cowes, just a stone’s throw from the yachts. An all inclusive and comprehensive package has been put together to make this an easy event to enter and partake in.

The Yachts

All deck gear is to a very high specification with sail wardrobes to suit the charter type.

The combination of a fractional rig with swept spreaders means sail and rig controls are kept simple, meaning the yachts are ideal for a novice crew.

We will be racing with full racing sails including spinnakers.
