The 2008 City Regatta will see 25 City crews will compete in a fleet of matched racing yachts (Beneteau 40.7) on the Solent over two action packed days, filmed by Sky Sports and covered by Official Media Partner City AM. City Championships provide an all inclusive package - charter of the yachts, professional crew, equipment and the complete regatta experience. A comprehensive social programme commences with an exclusive drinks reception on the lawns of the Royal Yacht Squadron on Sunday 21st September. The winning team will take back to its boardroom 'The City Regatta Cup'. The chosen charity for The 2008 City Regatta is SPARKS. With your support we plan to make a substantial donation to help SPARKS fund pioneering paediatric research. The 2008 City Regatta will be a high profile event.
