All the atmosphere and excitement of the ‘Sport of Kings’. A corporate Race Night is a great way to bring the excitement of the races to your venue. Armed with fun money guests are invited to bet on our authentic races projected onto a large screen. A great team or individual event suitable for team building or client hospitality/entertainment.

Forget any pre-conception you may have of a low budget, amateur race night event. ‘A Night at the Races’ is a premium quality corporate race night event, presented to the highest standard with state of the art equipment. Experience all the thrills and excitement of the races with ‘bookies’, authentic betting tickets, real horse races from major UK racecourses on a giant screen and jockey girls in jockey silks!

The Format
Fun money and race cards are issued equally to guests then, following a brief welcome and explanation, our lively compère will introduce each of the races, giving the odds and form tips on each of the runners. A preview of the horses in the next race is shown on the screen as guests begin placing their bets. We have up to four ‘on course’ bookmakers (including ‘Honest Al’ and ‘George Shifty’) ready to take your bets, each with their own bookies’ stand and authentic betting tickets. TV monitors can be positioned around the room to show pre betting information live. At the end of each race, the payouts are announced for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Fundraising
By selling the fun money at a pre determined rate to the guests we are able to generate additional funds for your chosen charity. We can also add in race sponsorship and horse ‘ownership’ costs which will generate additional revenues.

EMG race night events are suitable for 20 -300 guests. Your Race Night will usually run for up to 1.5 hours depending on numbers and format.
