Your
whole team will become completely absorbed in an intriguing spy
game. Everyone will be set a ‘top secret’ mission to
complete activities that have been designed specifically for you.
Each
team will face a series of hi tech challenges (options listed below).
Each time a team is successful, they will earn a clue, which they
must use to eliminate innocent suspects to eventually be left with
the guilty party – who must be the Mole!
Your
team will become united as they face the challenges together. Your
enjoyment and laughter will last much longer than the day itself
as memories are re-lived back in your place of work.
Individuals
will listen, trust and learn to appreciate each other as they rely
on everyone’s skills to complete the tasks at hand.
As
things slowly start to make sense, pieces of the case fall into
place, and excitement builds as teams gain ground against each other
to solve the riddle. A frantic ‘head to head’ race between
the teams to unravel the mystery and submit their deduction as to
who is The Mole will then ensue. The deductions are then read out
to an enraptured audience.
Teams
must work together on the event to maximise their chance of success.
Because the event is fun participants will be relaxed and will naturally
think more creatively. This will help them to find solutions to
challenging tasks such as cracking an electronic safe and infiltrating
a booby-trapped room using hi-tech CCTV equipment.
Without
thinking about it your team will experiment with new methods of
working because the environment is safe and non-threatening. Your
focus will be on the themed tasks and challenges instead of individual
performance. The result is that your team becomes more motivated
and more united.
Sample
activities
Crime Scene Forensics: Your team get a call over their radio from
a frantic informant saying they have spotted the Mole. You rush
to the scene of the crime only to find that the Mole has absconded.
Your team is in a unique position to gather crucial forensic information.
Using equipment used by forensic experts your team must gather and
analyse a variety of clues from fingerprints to samples of soil
and hair.
CCTV: In an attempt to hamper your
efforts, the Mole has filled a room with harmful gases. Somewhere
in this room is hidden information crucial to your investigation.
The room is fitted with CCTV which enables some of your team to
direct from outside as other team members, safely decked in facemasks
and protective clothing enter the room to retrieve some surprising
information.
Booby
Trapped:
The Mole has trapped your team. While the time ticks away you must
deactivate the simulated live bomb before it’s too late. Not
only is your team at risk, but also vital evidence is in danger
of being destroyed. The members of your team are limited as to what
moves they can make within the trap. Once free, they will have limited
time to deactivate the ticking bomb. Your team must remain coolheaded
and calm to succeed.
Photo-Fit:
Teams have to create a likeness of the Mole. The descriptions that
we have of the Mole are various and sometimes wild. We know that
the Mole is a master of disguise. Your team must determine as accurate
a likeness of the Mole as possible given the information that has
been collected. Hi tech photographic equipment is at hand to enable
you to create a realistic image.
Security
Deposit Dilemma:
The Mole thinks that information hidden in a safety deposit box
is safe from your team. The Mole is wrong. Your team has persuaded
the bank to give you private access to the safety deposit boxes.
Your time is limited and your task is to work out which keys are
for which boxes. Then you can access the Mole’s box. The number
of attempts you make is limited to avoid arousing the suspicions
of the bank staff.
Teams
will ideally be made up of 6 to 10 players but smaller or larger
numbers can be accommodated. The Mole team building activity can
run for a half day or full day programme depending on numbers and
client requirements.
