Robin Milledge - Managing Director
Having trained in Yacht Design and Construction, Robin has spent over twenty years in the marine industry, specifically in the Yacht Charter and Events sectors. Having run a large Bare Boat Charter fleet in the early Nineties he started his own company, Rozel Marine in 1995. Holding a commercial Ocean Yacht Master qualification, he has skippered numerous corporate and private charters in UK and European waters and has an impressive racing C.V.

Jason Ludlow - Sales and Marketing Director
Jason spent 10 years in the IT industry working in the City before starting Events UK in 1997, he has been sailing all of his life and racing for over 18 years. Regatta's include Swan Europeans/North Americans/Worlds, Mumm 30 Worlds, Cowes Week , Cork Week, Le Voille de St Tropez). Jason is also an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor and crew on the RNLI Lymington inshore Lifeboat.

Jayne Walder – Sales Manager
Prior to working in the corporate events and hospitality industry Jayne spent several years working in sales for blue chip companies in the food and catering industry, before heading into the diverse and exciting world of events. With over 7 years event experience Jayne’s passion and knowledge ensures that we provide the correct solution for our clients ever changing needs. Jayne has an in-depth knowledge of team building and hospitality events, and when not meeting with clients Jayne enjoys netball, wine and 24!

Mark Seamer - Marketing Manager
Mark has lived in the Lymington and New Forest area all his life and was brought up around the boating and leisure industries. Having gained an honours degree in Sales and Marketing Management, Mark felt that corporate events and hospitality was a great way to combine his passions and skills. An inevitable early break into the world of events has meant that Mark has many years of marine and land based activity experience behind him. Mark is also BORDA qualified and is a keen sportsman both on and off the water.

Jenny Case - Event Manager
After achieving her Honours Degree in Maritime Leisure Management, Jenny spent 4 years working on super yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Wanting to try her hand at land based events, Jenny returned to the UK to run a team in a Corporate Events Company for 3 years. Jenny then grabbed the opportunity to work for EMG as an Events Manager developing the land based portfolio and enjoying producing the marine based events. Jenny is a keen sailor and likes to go Mountain Biking and snowboarding where possible.

Emma Goodman – Event Organiser
Emma comes from a conference & banqueting venue background which then led in turn to working for a predominantly land based events company project managing corporate events. She has now moved to EMG to gain experience and knowledge of the water based hospitality and events market whilst at the same time strengthening the land based team building and hospitality events operations. Born and raised on the South Coast close to the New Forest, she enjoys cycling along the beach or through the New Forest in her spare time.

Gareth Randall – Event Organiser
After achieving an Honours degree in Leisure Management Gareth spent 7 months as a Senior Dinghy Instructor in Antigua before sailing back to Southampton. Having returned back he has set up base in Lymington initially working for Henri Lloyd. Combining his love of all things water based and his keen interest in corporate events and hospitality, Gareth is EMG's newest addition.

Adam Nicks – Event Organiser
Adam has been working in the marine Industry since 2001. With a hospitality back ground managing bars and restaurants Adam moved into corporate sailing events crewing for regattas including Cowes week, Round the Island Race, Hamilton Island Race week and numerous corporate sailing days and hospitality events on the Solent. Adam has worked out in Australia, Florida and the Med over the past few years before returning back to Lymington to resume work in the corporate events industry and also to learn more about land based events
